Customer-owners participate in major decisions and run the corporation through the Board of Directors. The WPCA factor and applicable amount will be itemized on your monthly billing statement. Every year, customer-owners elect 2-3 directors for three-year terms. The WPCA factor for energy billed in August is 0.018800 (1.88 cents per kilowatt-hour).
